摘要 目前我国建筑业迅猛发展，对建筑质量要求也越来越高，混凝土作为主要的建筑施工材料，对整个工程质量有着重要影响，我们必须采取措施加强对混凝土工程的质量控制。 本论文正是研究了混凝土工程的质量控制，并通过在胶东中学楼项目部的实习，分析了混凝土从生产到施工过程应采取的质量控制措施。 1.从组成材料入手，保证混凝土的各项性能 2.施工前做好各种施工准备，保证施工进程 3.施工过程正确合理，以确保工程质量 4.分析混凝土质量通病的产生原因，预防措施，补救措施 随着科技的高速发展，混凝土本身及混凝土施工工艺也在飞速进步着，混凝土工程也将进入新的纪元。 关键词：施工管理混凝土工程质量控制安全 Abstract At present our country construction rapid development, and quality requirements of building more and more is also high, concrete as the main construction materials, of the entire project has an important effect on the quality, we must take measures to strengthen of concrete engineering quality control.
