Zhangjiang Yangtze Delta Science And Technology City Master Plan From Regional Coordination Viewpoint/Zhu Liejian, Chen Kankan, Zhang Jianbo [Abstract] The Yangtze Delta region still has administrative barriers that restrict regional development despite of coordination trend. The bordering area of Shanghai and Zhejiang province are complementary in industrial development, and needs regional coordination to achieve better results. Zhangjiang Yangtze Delta Science and Technology city covers Shanghai and Zhejiang province with multiple stakeholders. Its master plan sets “establishing cross-regional coordination model” development vision, breaks administrative barriers, studies coordinate development from transport networking, industrial interaction, spatial integration, facility sharing, and mutual policy support.
