早期诊断和治疗对妊娠糖尿病患者妊娠结局影响 　　[摘要] 目的 分析妊娠糖尿病患者早期诊断和治疗对妊娠结局的影响。 方法 选取2014年2月～2015年12月在我院分娩的妊娠糖尿病孕妇105例作为研究对象，其中早期诊断并给予一定干预治疗的55例设为实验组；确诊后给予常规治疗的50例设为对照组。观察比较两组孕妇妊娠结局及新生儿围生期并发症的发生情况。 结果 实验组孕妇的早产、胎儿窘迫、胎膜早破、羊水异常及产后出血等发生率明显低于对照组孕妇，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 早期诊断并早期治疗妊娠糖尿病孕妇，利于降低孕妇妊娠结局中不良情况的发生率，同时降低新生儿并发症的发生率，具有一定的临床意义。 　　[关键词] 妊娠糖尿病；早期诊断；早期治疗；妊娠结局 　　[中图分类号] R714.25 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）04（b）-0078-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the influence of early diagnosis and treatment on pregnancy outcome for patients with gestational diabetes. Methods 105 pregnant women with gestational diabetes who delivered in our hospital from February 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the subjects.55 cases who received early diagnosis and certain interventions were set as experimental group and 50 cases who received conventional treatment after diagnosis were set as the control group.The pregnancy outcomes and the perinatal complications of the newborns were observed and analyzed. Results Pregnant women in experimental group had significant lower incidence in premature delivery，fetal distress，premature rupture of fetal membranes，abnormal amniotic fluid and postpartum hemorrhage than control group and the differences had statistical significance（P0.05）. Conclusion Early diagnosis and early treatment of pregnant women with gestational diabetes can reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in pregnant women，while reduce the incidence of neonatal complications.It has a certain clinical significance. 　　[Key words] Gestational diabetes；Early diagnosis；Early treatment；Pregnancy outcomes 　　妊娠期间的糖尿病包括糖尿病合并妊娠和妊娠期糖尿病两种，妊娠期糖尿病已成为糖尿病的一个独立类型。近几年，随着人们生活水平的提高及饮食结构的改变，大多数孕妇在受孕期间过度增加营养，使得妊娠期糖尿??的发病率呈逐渐上升的趋势[1-3]。妊娠期糖尿病对母婴的危害严重，应早期诊断早期治疗。本院选取部分妊娠糖尿病孕妇作为研究对象，根据确诊后给予的治疗方法不同将其分为两组，比较两组孕妇的妊娠结局及新生儿围生期并发症的发生情况等。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 　　选取2014年2月～2015年12月在我院分娩的妊娠糖尿病孕妇105例作为研究对象。其中早期诊断并给予一定干预治疗的55例设为实验组；确诊后采取常规治疗的50例设为对照组。实验组孕妇年龄25～33岁，平均（28.3±4.1）岁，初产妇38例，经产妇17例，剖宫产21例，自然分娩34例；对照组孕妇年龄26～32岁，平
