山东科技大学学士学位论文 PAGE 摘要 针对如何提高矿井机械化水平这一亟待解决的问题,本课题着眼于矿井机电设备配套,旨在通过对矿山机电设备的合理选型和设计,使矿井生产系统实现安全、高产、高效的要求。 本课题在了解矿井概况的基础上,研究综采工作面设备、中央排水系统、通风设备、运输和提升设备的选型和设计。通过筛选实习过程中收集到的原始资料,加以整理,参照《煤矿安全规程》的相关要求确定出相关设备的各项具体参数,进行相关验算,确定设备布置和关系,利用变频、plc等技术对电控系统进行科学设计 本课题通过对矿山机电设备合理的选择与维护、机械化设备的科学使用,对提高煤炭企业的经济效益和促进经济社会可持续发展,都具有重要的现实意义。 关键词:煤矿;设备;矿井机械化;选型;配套; ABSTRACT Mine mechanization level on how to improve the problems to be solved, this issue focuses on electrical and mechanical equipment supporting mine to mine through the electrical and mechanical equipment on the rational selection and design, mine production system to achieve safe, high yield, high efficiency requirements.
