毕业设计(论文) 煤矿机电设备选型计算 年 级: 学 号: 姓 名: 专 业: 指导老师: 二零一二年六 摘要 采掘机械化是煤炭工业增加产量,提高劳动效率,改善劳动条件,保障安全生产的必要技术手段。机电一体化,自动化煤矿开采技术装备的研制是实现高效生产的基本保障。该论文以梁宝寺煤矿为基础,结合该矿的煤层情况、煤质情况、煤层顶底板情况、水文地质情况和瓦斯情况进行综合分析并加以计算。 本设计对采煤工作面的设备进行正确的选型设计,按照综采工作面设备配套要求,使三机达到生产能力配套,性能配套,尺寸配套等等。通过严格的计算,进行正确的采掘机械、支护设备和刮板输送机的选型设计。根据整体情况,进一步进行正确的排水设备和通风设备的选型设计,在运输提升设备方面确定出可伸缩带式输送机和主井提升设备的选型设计。在以安全第一的前提下,严格管理,从而实现真正的效益最大化。 本设计主要从矿井地理位置,井田走向,顶底板条件,水文地质,矿井开拓系统,通风及排水要求,主副井系统,主运输系统等矿井基本情况出发,进行采煤机选型计算,乳化液泵站选型计算液压支架选型计算,刮板输送机选型计算,通风设备选型计算,排水设备选型计算,皮带输送机选型计算等。 关键词:矿井机械化;选型设计;设备配套;运输提升;通风排水 ABSTRACT Mechanized coal mining industry to increase production, improve labor efficiency and improve working conditions, necessary to ensure safety in production techniques.
