矿井生产所用的提升及运输设备选型大学毕业论文（设计）.doc

摘 要 在矿井的生产中，矿井运输占有重要的地位。其中，矿用的采煤机，刮板运输机，胶带运输机，矿用电机车是井下运输中的核心设备，这些集机械、电子、液压于一体的器械的有机组合，大大增加了煤矿的运输、生产效率。而人们对于矿井运输设备的设计严格的要求最优，首先对具体煤矿的工作条件、产量、运输量进行精确的测量与计算，然后选择最符合要求的矿井运输设备的型号，以发挥其运输的最大效率，最小的经济投入。 本次设计的主要目的是根据自己具体所选的煤矿，选择合适的矿井输入设备（主要有刮板运输机，胶带运输机，矿用电机车），其中对刮板运输机和胶带输送机的空重段承载量的计算，各点张力的计算，对与链与托辊、滚筒刚度的校核组成了本次设计的核心内容。此次设计是对自己机械方面综合知识的测试与考验。 本设计主要对矿井生产所用的提升及运输设备的选型进行的一次合理选择。 矿井提升需要用一些专用的提升设备，主要有提升容器，提升钢丝绳，提升机，井架，装卸载设备以及一些辅助设备。矿井提升设备是矿山较复杂而庞大的机电设备，它不仅承担物料的提升与下放任务，同时还上下人员。矿井运输是煤炭生产过程的一部分，煤炭的井工生产中，运输线路长，巷道条件多种多样，运输若不畅通，采掘工作就无法继续进行，井工生产的煤矿运输作业，包括从工作面到矿井地面的煤炭运输和辅助运输，辅助运输包括矸石、材料、设备和人员运输。 关键词： 矿井运输；校核；计算；提升机。 Abstract In the production of mineral well,the translation of mine stand in a very improtant point,the mintral use of adopt coal machine ,pare off plank conveyance machine ,the tape transport machine,the mineral use an electrical engineering car is the well descend a comveyance in of core equipments,these organic combination of apparatus which gather a machine,electronices,liquid to press at the integral whole,consumedly increment of coal mine of conveyance ,produce efficiency.But people for mineral well conceyangce equipments of design strict of pursue superior,first rightness concrete cole mine of work condition, yield,conveyance the quantily carry on precision of measure and calculation,then choice meet request most of mineral well conveyance equipments of model number,with exertive it conveyance of the biggest efficiency ,minimum of economy devotion.
