Methods Eighty patients with DVT in our hospital from April 2012 to April 2014 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group were treated with low-molecular-weight heparin sodium injection combined with urokinase ，and the experimental group were treated with argatroban combined with urokinase. The clinical data of two groups were statistically analyzed after two weeks. Ｒesults The total effective rate of experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group ，and the difference had statistical significance (P ＜ 0. 05). Conclusion The therapeutic effect of argatroban combined with urokinase is better
