淮 阴 工 学 院 毕业设计说明书(论文) 作 者: 学 号: 学 院: 机械与材料工程学院 专 业: 机械设计制造及其自动化 题 目: 具有加强环的椭圆孔周应力集中问题 指导者: 评阅者: 2016 年 6 月 毕业设计说明书(论文)中文摘要 椭圆孔附近应力集中问题在工程实践中广泛存在,同时也是一个经典的力学问题。本文主要研究含有内衬加强环的椭圆孔的无限大板在均布载荷作用下的应力集中问题。通过采用复变函数方法,结合保角变换技术,计算分析了椭圆孔周的应力场分布,最后利用MATLAB编程并运行给出数值结果,简单明了的表达孔周的应力分布特点。在数值算例中,讨论了具有加强环的无限大板在单向拉伸、双向拉伸、纯剪切作用以及改变孔的形状、环的厚度、环和板的弹性模量这几种情况下的应力分布,并且得到了如下结论: 靠近孔附近的应力集中十分显著,远离孔处的应力集中现象迅速衰减。 孔的形状尺寸、弹性模量和外加载荷的对应力的影响较大,而加强环的厚度对应力的影响很小,甚至可以忽略不计。 关键词:椭圆孔,,复变函数,保角变换 毕业设计说明书(论文)外文摘要 Title The stress concentration around the elliptical hole with a reinforcing ring Abstract The stress concentration around the elliptic hole is a classical mechanics problem, widely existed in the engineering practice. In this paper,we mainly study the stress concentration of a infinite plate subject to uniform loads ,with an opening elliptical hole,with a reinforcing ring, by using the complex varible function and conformal transfor-mation principle to cilculate the stress field around the hole,and finally the stress distri- bution is presented with the ORIGIN software mapping.This paper has emphatically discussed the stress concentration of a infinite plate subject to uniaxial tension, biaxial tension, pure shear,and in the conditions of changes of the shape of the hole,the thick-ness of the hole and the material of the reinforcing ring. Finally , we get sereral con-Clusions as follow.The stress concentration near the hole is very obvious, which is rapidly attenuated away from the hole. The extreum is generally geted in the arguments of 45 degrees , 90 degress , 135 degress , 180 degress , 225 degress , 270 degress , 315 degress or 360 degress . The size of the hole, the youngs modulus and the external load has a great influence on the stress, while the influence of the thickness of the reinforcing ring is very small, and even can be neglected.
