白芸豆中减肥药物α-淀粉酶抑制剂的提纯及其性质研究的开题报告 题目:白芸豆中减肥药物α-淀粉酶抑制剂的提纯及其性质研究 摘要:白芸豆中含有α-淀粉酶抑制剂,这种物质具有抑制淀粉分解的作用,可作为减肥药物使用。本研究旨在从白芸豆中提取α-淀粉酶抑制剂,并对其性质进行研究。首先利用凝胶层析技术对白芸豆提取物进行柱层析分离,得到纯化的α-淀粉酶抑制剂。然后通过酶活性测定、SDS和质谱分析对纯化的α-淀粉酶抑制剂进行性质分析。结果显示,纯化后的α-淀粉酶抑制剂具有较高的抑制淀粉分解的酶活性。SDS和质谱分析结果表明,该物质具有较高的纯度和分子量。 关键词:白芸豆;α-淀粉酶抑制剂;凝胶层析;酶活性;SDS;质谱分析。 Abstract: White kidney beans contain α-amylase inhibitors, which can inhibit starch decomposition and can be used as a weight loss drug. This study aims to extract α-amylase inhibitors from white kidney beans and study their properties. First, gel chromatography was used to purify α-amylase inhibitors from white kidney bean extracts. Then, the properties of purified α-amylase inhibitors were analyzed by enzyme activity assay, SDSand mass spectrometry. The results showed that the purified α-amylase inhibitors have high inhibitory enzyme activity for starch decomposition. SDSand mass spectrometry analysis showed that the substance has high purity and molecular weight.
