摘要:苯丙氨酸解氨酶(phenylalanine ammonia-lyase,PAL)在植物次生代谢中发挥着重要作用,是植物生长和发育的关键基因之一。在本次研究中,将分析龙眼果实PAL基因的特性,对其进行表达分析,并研究其与其他代谢途径的关系。通过PCR扩增和基因克隆,得到了龙眼果实PAL基因。采用qRT-PCR技术对该基因在龙眼果实不同发育阶段的表达进行分析。结果表明,龙眼果实PAL基因在不同发育阶段表达量存在明显差异,主要在果实成熟期表达高峰。此外,通过同源比对和系统发育分析,发现龙眼果实PAL基因在不同物种中的保守性较高,且与其他次生代谢途径相关基因存在着一定的关联性,这为进一步深入研究龙眼果实次生代谢途径提供了新的思路和方法。

Abstract: Phenylalanine ammonia-lyase (PAL) plays an important role in secondary metabolism of plants and is one of the key genes for plant growth and development. In this study, the characteristics of the PAL gene in Longan fruit were analyzed, and its expression was studied and its relation with other metabolic pathways was examined. Through PCR amplification and gene cloning, the PAL gene in Longan fruit was obtained. The expression of this gene at different developmental stages of Longan fruit was analyzed using qRT-PCR technology. The results showed that the expression of the PAL gene in the Longan fruit at different developmental stages was significantly different, with a peak expression in the fruit mature stage. In addition, through homologous comparison and phylogenetic analysis, it was found that the PAL gene in Longan fruit is highly conserved in different species and has some correlation with other genes related to secondary metabolic pathways, which provides new ideas and methods for further study of the secondary metabolic pathways of Longan fruit.
