毕业设计(论文)任务书 摘 要 蓄热式步进加热炉具有规模大,炉内热值利用率高,板坯加热均匀等特点,是现阶段轧钢生产中比较先进的加热设备。在轧钢生产过程中,保障加热炉的正常运行,是整个热轧线生产系统经济、高效运行的基础。 本文首先对蓄热式步进加热炉的相关设备如:装出钢机、步进机械、装出炉辊道以及板坯跟踪等进行了深入分析和研究,给出了具体的控制策略和算法。为了满足高产、优质、低耗、节能和无公害及生产操作自动化程度高的工艺要求,本系统设计在充分考虑到系统功能的完备性和技术先进性后,采用了仪电一体化的系统结构。 为了实现操作自动化与物料系统的全线跟踪管理,本文设计将自动化控制系统分为二级,即基础自动化控制系统级(简称 L1 级 PLC 控制级)与过程计算机控制系统级(L2 计算机控制系统级)。 在基础自动化级,本文着重对装炉侧电气控制,炉底步进机械控制,出炉侧电气控制等进行了分析和设计;而后,对本文的主要动力来源液压系统以及板坯库、其他单体设备等进行了简要的分析和探讨。最后针对热轧生产线电气控制系统中典型的液压传动速度控制系统。 关键词: 蓄热式步进加热炉 仪电一体化的系统 电气控制 PLC Abstract The walking beam heating furnace has large scale of productivity, high utilization of heating capacity and the uniformity of heating effect. It is one kind of the advanced heating furnaces. The electrical control system is the key to the high performance of the walking beam heating furnace. The paper has researched the related key equipment of walking beam regenerative reheating furnace, such as: loader machine, unloaded machine, walking system, series transfer roll. On this basis, the paper has given the specific control strategies and algorithms. Therefore, in order to meet the high-yield, high-quality, low consumption, energy saving and pollution-free and high automation requirements,we design the system of electromechanical integration. In the other side, in order to achieve automation and material tracking and management, we divided the automatic control system into two parts. They are basic automation system (L1-level PLC control) and process computer control system (L2 level). In the basic automation level, the paper analyzes and designs the electr ic control in charging sides and discharge side, step mechanical control in the bottom and so on .Then the paper discusses hydraulic systems which is the main power sources,slab yard, other individual equipments. Finally considering hydraulic speed control system in electrical control system of hot rolling production line, the paper has given model and Simulation. Keywords: Regenerative Warking-
