好氧反硝化细菌的筛选及其
反硝化特性研究

摘要: 利用BTB 培养基快速高效地从SBR 反应器的活性污泥和污水处理池的活性污泥中初步筛
选出了平板阳性菌22 株,均为革兰阴性杆菌。经证实其中11 株菌具有在好氧条件下的反硝化能
-
力,其中 10 株菌的NO -N 去除率达到了50% 以上,7 株超过60% ;10 株菌的TIN 去除率达到
3
50% 以上,6 株超过60% ,且大部分都可以在第1 天完成脱氮,具备高效的反硝化性能。

Abstract: By using BTB medium, 22 BTB -positive bacteria were isolated from the sludge of reactor in
laboratory and sewage treatment pond fastly and efficiently. All of them were Gram -negative and rod. The
results of determination of Aerobic denitrifying activity showed that the nitrate removal rate of 10 bacteria were
more than 50%, and 7 bacteria of them were more than 60%, TIN removal rate of 10 bacteria were more than
50%, 6 bacteria of them were more than 60%. Besides, most of the 11 bacteria can remove the nitrogen on the
first day.
