食品科技食品科技 生物工程 FFOODOOD SCIENCSCIENCEE ANDAND TECHNOLOGYTECHNOLOGY 2009 年第34 卷第 1 期 好氧反硝化细菌的筛选及其 反硝化特性研究 李秀婷, 高明阳, 吕跃钢, 赵 进, 马家津, 汪 苹* (北京工商大学化学与环境工程学院,北京 100037) 摘要: 利用BTB 培养基快速高效地从SBR 反应器的活性污泥和污水处理池的活性污泥中初步筛 选出了平板阳性菌22 株,均为革兰阴性杆菌。经证实其中11 株菌具有在好氧条件下的反硝化能 - 力,其中 10 株菌的NO -N 去除率达到了50% 以上,7 株超过60% ;10 株菌的TIN 去除率达到 3 50% 以上,6 株超过60% ,且大部分都可以在第1 天完成脱氮,具备高效的反硝化性能。 关键词: 好氧反硝化菌;筛选;反硝化作用 中图分类号: TS 201.3 文献标志码: A 文章编号: 1005-9989(2009)01-0006-04 Screening and denitrification characteristics of Aerobic denitrifiers LI Xiu-ting, GAO Ming-yang, LV Yue-gang, ZHAO Jing, MA Jia-jin, WANG Ping* (College of Chemical and Environment Engineering, Beijing Technology and Business University, Beijing 100037) Abstract: By using BTB medium, 22 BTB -positive bacteria were isolated from the sludge of reactor in laboratory and sewage treatment pond fastly and efficiently. All of them were Gram -negative and rod. The results of determination of Aerobic denitrifying activity showed that the nitrate removal rate of 10 bacteria were more than 50%, and 7 bacteria of them were more than 60%, TIN removal rate of 10 bacteria were more than 50%, 6 bacteria of them were more than 60%. Besides, most of the 11 bacteria can remove the nitrogen on the first day.
