内 内蒙古科技大学硕士学位论文 I I 摘 要 液压系统故障的多样性和不确定性，使得液压系统的故障诊断技术成为了一个国际 性的技术难题。在科学技术日益发达的当今社会，越来越多的液压系统故障诊断方法涌 现出来，但是诊断的效率却很难达到一定的理想高度。 本文通过对传统液压系统的故障诊断技术的介绍，分析了目前比较常用的诊断方 法，提出了液压装置信息检测的故障检测诊断技术和智能化模糊诊断法相结合的思想， 将液压泵作为单一的模块对其进行故障诊断，从而提高了故障诊断的效率。首先利用故 障信息监测软件对液压泵的实况参数进行监测，然后利用模糊 Petri 网对监测到的参数 进行分析，并通过智能推理过程来确定液压泵故障产生的原因和位置，提高了诊断的准 确率。 在模糊 Petri 网诊断模型的组建过程中，引入了模糊命题的概念，将模糊命题作为 液压泵故障和模糊 Petri 模型组建的桥梁，首先将液压泵故障库转化为模糊命题库，然 后再根据模糊命题与模糊 Petri 的对应关系构建起适合液压泵故障的模糊 Petri 网，最后 利用数据采集卡对液压泵进行实时参数采集，将采集到的参数经过计算后作为初始标识 为模糊 Petri 推理提供判断依据。 在模糊 Petri 网参数的选取过程中，利用遗传算法对其进行了优化，使其在一定程 度上达到理想值的水平，在故障诊断过程中提高了诊断的准确率。 利用 LABVIEW 软件为平台来搭建故障诊断系统。通过对液压泵的一些基本参数 采集、处理与分析，最终得出液压泵的故障信息，而诊断软件的智能推理过程采用 MATLAB 的编程开发来实现。 最后对开发的液压泵故障诊断软件进行了仿真，并将诊断结果跟实际的结果进行了 对比，最终证明了其具有良好的有效性、可行性和实用性。 关键词：液压泵；智能系统；遗传算法；模糊 Petri 网；故障诊断 II II Abstract The hydraulic system fault diagnosis technology became an international technical difficult problem, which is because of the diversity and uncertainty of hydraulic system failure. More and more hydraulic system fault diagnosis methods are spewing out in modern society with advanced scientific technologies increasingly, but efficiency of diagnosis is difficult to attain the certain ideal height. In this paper, the current diagnosis methods was analyzed after doing research on hydraulic system fault diagnosis technology, the hydraulic system is decomposed into a single module to be diagnosed by using the ideology of breaking large projects up into smaller, so as to improve the efficiency of the fault diagnosis. The diagnosis process was explained in detail by using fuzzy Petri nets for hydraulic pump module fault. The fuzzy Petri nets intelligent reasoning process was used for analyzing and identifying the causes and position of pump malfunction, and in order to idealize the nets parameters and improve the accuracy of diagnostic, the nets parameters are also optimized using the genetic algorithm.
