四川长虹营运资金管理分析及对策研究

摘要

随着家电行业的快速发展，市场竞争日益激烈，企业营运资金管理的重要性愈发凸显。四川长虹作为家电行业的知名企业，其营运资金管理的效率直接关系到企业的市场竞争力和财务健康。本文通过文献研究、财务比率分析和行业对比等方法，对四川长虹的营运资金管理现状进行了系统分析。研究发现，尽管四川长虹在营运资金管理方面取得了一定成效，但在存货管理、应收账款回收、短期偿债能力和资产利用效率等方面仍存在提升空间。通过对关键财务指标的分析以及与同行业领先企业的对比，本文提出了优化存货管理、加强应收账款管理、调整债务结构和提高资产利用效率等措施，以期提升四川长虹的资金使用效率，降低运营成本，并增强其在市场中的竞争力。

Abstract

Withtherapiddevelopmentofthehomeapplianceindustry,marketcompetitionhasbecomeincreasinglyfierce,highlightingtheimportanceofworkingcapitalmanagementforenterprises.Asawell-knownenterpriseinthisindustry,Changhongplaysasignificantrole,andtheefficiencyofitsworkingcapitalmanagementdirectlyaffectsitsmarketcompetitivenessandfinancialhealth.ThispapersystematicallyanalyzesthecurrentstatusofChanghongsworkingcapitalmanagementthroughmethodssuchasliteratureresearch,financialratioanalysis,andindustrycomparison.ThestudyfindsthatalthoughChanghonghasachievedcertainresultsinworkingcapitalmanagement,thereisstillroomforimprovementininventorymanagement,accountsreceivablerecovery,short-termdebtrepaymentcapacity,andassetutilizationefficiency.Byanalyzingkeyfinancialindicatorsandcomparingwithleadingenterprisesinthesameindustry,thispaperproposesmeasurestooptimizeinventorymanagement,strengthenaccountsreceivablemanagement,adjustthedebtstructure,andimproveassetutilizationefficiency,aimingtoenhanceChanghongscapitalutilizationefficiency,reduceoperatingcosts,andenhanceitscompetitivenessinthemarket.
