The influence of reaction temperature and gas flow rate on purification efficiency was studied. The results show that the purification efficiency of PH3 reaches 70% using Fe-Cu mixed oxide, when reaction temperature is 50 , gas flow rate is 200 mL/min, oxygen (O ) condition is 2 3 0.5%−3.0%, the entrance concentration of PH3 is 0.8−1.0 g/m ; in addition, when Fe-Cu mixed oxide is added with rare-earth cerium, the purification efficiency of PH3 is increased to 76%, and catalyst stability is enhanced.
