垃圾渗滤液的混凝—吸附预处理研究 文:沈耀良? ??? 摘要: 研究表明,采用PAC作混凝剂、焦炭作吸附剂,可有效去除渗滤液中的COD和各部分重金属子。PAC和焦炭投量分别为400mg/L和8~10g/L时,COD去除率达58.9%,重金属离子的去除率均达60%左右,其中对Cu的去除近100%。混凝和吸附对各污染物的去除具有互补性,因而此工艺具有良好的运行灵活性和稳定性。混凝对渗滤液色度具有明显的去除效果(68%);焦炭吸附中存在明显的竞争现象,其中对COD的吸附具有明显的竞争优势。? ??? 关键词: 垃圾渗滤液 物化预处理 PAC 焦炭 ??? Abstract:A study on the pretreatment of landfill leachate by coagulationadsorption was carried out and reported in this paper. The results showed that the effective removal of COD and heavy metals could be obtained by using PAC as coagulant and processed coke as absorbent. With PAC dosage of 400 mg/L and processed coke dosage of 8~10 g/L, 58.9% ofCOD and about 60% of heavy metals removals were achieved, of which the removal of Cu was nearly 100%. The mutually complement action of coagulation and adsorption processes was found which would promote the stable and flexible operation. In addition, 68% of color reduction was achieved by coagulation at PAC dosage of 400 mg/L. In adsorption process, the obvious competitive adsorption phenomenon was observed and COD possessed a b competitive potential because of its high concentration in leachate. ???
