2009 届 专科毕业设计（论文） 南通港口物流发展模式研究 Research On Logistics Development Pattern Of Nantong Port 系 部 名 称 管理信息系 专 业 名 称 物流管理 / 商务英语 学 生 姓 名 张玲玲 学 号 8 2 4 0 5 1 2 2 3 指 导 教 师 宋丽霞 二〇〇九年六月  摘 要 本文首先对南通港口物流系统现状进行了详细分析，重点分析了南通港口物 流现状、物流发展优势及存在问题，找出了南通港口物流发展的有利条件和制约 因素。在此基础上，对南通港口一体化物流发展模式进行了研究。依据港口一体 化物流的内涵、要求和作用，对长三角区域经济高速增长和南通港口腹地拓展对 港口货源量、货源结构等方面的影响进行了分析；论述了南通港与长三角港口群 中其它沿江、沿海港口之间的关系。用翔实的数据论证了南通港口物流发展模式 为：通过建立区域物流中心，培育濒江临海特色物流，以“政府驱动+市场化整合” 为形成手段，发展南通港口一体化物流。并对南通港口一体化物流发展战略进行 了设计。 关键词：南通港口；物流；发展模式；举措 ABSTRACT Study the development pattern of Nantong port logistics unitization. Based on the connotations 、 requirements and functions of port unitization logistics,the author analyzes the development pattern in inland port logitics. Then she studies the economic development of the hinderland area of Nantong port and predicts the amount and structure of the cargo and the throughput. Meanwhile, analyzing the effective requirements of Nantong port logistics,she proposes that the development pattern of Nantong port unitization logistics is to build a regional logistics center. In this process,the model of govemment-driving free logistics resources integration of Nantong port will be an important model. Then she provides strategic basis for the center with large amount of data. Design the development strategies for Nantong port unitization.
