Abstract:

Theaimofthisprojectistoresearchandimplementtheshared

memoryinter-domaincommunicationcomponentofXtratuM.Withthe

increasingcomplexityofembeddedsystems,cooperationbetween

differentmodulesisbecomingmoreandmoreimportant.Insome

embeddedsystems,differentmodulesneedtosharedata,soan

efficientcommunicationmechanismisneededtoachievethis.Shared

memoryisanefficientcommunicationmechanismthatprovideslow

latencyandhighthroughput.Thisprojectwillstudytheimplementation

principlesandmethodsofthiscommunicationmechanism,andwill

implementacompleteexampleontheXtratuMsystemtoverifythe

correctnessandpracticabilityofthemechanism.

Themaintasksofthisprojectinclude:

1.Studytheprinciplesandimplementationmethodsofshared

memorycommunicationmechanism;

2.StudythestructureandimplementationprinciplesofXtratuM

system;

3.Designandimplementthesharedmemorycommunication

component;

4.Testthecorrectnessandpracticabilityofthesharedmemory

communicationcomponentontheXtratuMsystem.

Theresearchandimplementationofthisprojectwillhelpto

improvethecommunicationefficiencybetweensoftwaremodulesin

embeddedsystems,andimprovetheperformanceandreliabilityofthe

entiresystem.
