摘要

一鸣企业人事管理系统是一款基于Java的全面、高效、易用的人事管理软件。该系统主要面向企业，提供了员工信息管理、招聘管理、考勤管理、绩效管理、培训管理等功能。通过使用该系统，企业能够更好地进行员工档案维护、人员招聘计划制定、员工考勤记录与分析、绩效考核评估以及培训计划制定等工作。系统具有直观友好的用户界面和丰富的功能模块，可以大大提高企业人事管理的效率和准确性。无论是中小型企业还是大型企业，都可以从该系统中获得实际的管理帮助，提升企业的竞争力。

系统对于Java、B/S结构、MySql进行了较为深入的学习与应用。主要针对系统的设计，描述，实现和分析与测试方面来表明开发的过程。开发中使用了springboot框架和MySql数据库技术搭建系统的整体架构。利用这些技术结合实际需求开发了具有员工、招聘信息、培训信息、薪酬福利、离职申请、请假信息、考勤信息、员工加班、员工退休、用户信息等功能的系统，最后对系统进行相应的测试，测试系统有无存在问题以及测试用户权限来优化系统，最后系统达到预期目标。
