摘要

随着社会的发展和人口老龄化的加剧，养老院作为解决老年人居住和生活问题的重要场所，其管理工作日益显得尤为重要。为了提高养老院的管理效率和服务质量，许多养老院开始引入现代化的管理手段，其中养老院管理系统作为一种有效的解决方案，得到了广泛的应用。

养老院管理系统是一种针对养老院内部管理的软件系统，主要包括个人中心，家属管理，护工管理，公告通知管理，老人信息管理，床位分配管理，健康信息管理，健康评估管理，膳食管理，事故记录管理，护工请假管理，护工薪资管理，费用信息管理，系统管理等功能模块。通过这些功能模块的协同工作，养老院管理系统能够实现对养老院内部各项业务的全面管理，为养老院提供一个高效、便捷、人性化的管理平台。

Abstract

Withthedevelopmentofsocietyandtheintensificationofpopulationaging,nursinghomesasanimportantplacetosolvethelivingproblemsoftheelderly,itsmanagementisincreasinglyimportant.Inordertoimprovethemanagementefficiencyandservicequalityofthenursinghome,manynursinghomesbegantointroducemodernmanagementmeans,amongwhichthenursinghomemanagementsystemasaneffectivesolution,hasbeenwidelyused.

Nursinghomemanagementsystemisasoftwaresystemfortheinternalmanagementofnursinghomes,whichmainlyincludespersonalcenter,familymanagement,nursingworkermanagement,announcementnotificationmanagement,elderlyinformationmanagement,bedallocationmanagement,healthinformationmanagement,healthassessmentmanagement,dietmanagement,accidentrecordmanagement,nursingleavemanagement,nursingworkersalarymanagement,costinformationmanagement,andnursinghomemanagement.Systemmanagementandotherfunctionalmodules.Throughthecollaborativeworkofthesefunctionalmodules,thenursinghomemanagementsystemcanrealizethecomprehensivemanagementoftheinternalbusinessofthenursinghome,andprovideanefficient,convenientandhumanizedmanagementplatformforthenursinghome.
