PAGE 河北工程大学土木工程学院毕业设计说明书（毕业论文） 2010年 毕业设计说明书（毕业论文） 邯郸市和平路道路交通 问题研究 专 业 交通工程 学 生 X X 指导教师 X X 河北工程大学土木工程学院 2011年6月 河北工程大学土木工程学院毕业设计说明书 2011年 - PAGE 1 - 摘要 随着社会经济的快速发展，交通量日益增加，道路交通的通行能力越来越受到人们的重视。但在实际中却存在重建设轻管理的倾向，道路系统的硬件建设投资大、周期长，对城市的影响较大，且运输能力的增长必然刺激更大的交通需求，即运输能力的自败性。如果没有合理的交通管理措施，系统必然再次处于拥挤状态，使道路资源得不到有效的利用。 和平路一直以来交通问题严重，对其的治理同样涉及到建设和管理两个方面。首先需要我们注意的是和平路由于前期规划的原因道路红线宽度过窄，车道拓宽和增加的余地较小，加上硬件建设的诸多弊端，排除这一方案。而且，在实地的交通调查中发现道路断面交通量并没有超过其设计通行能力，因此更没有道路建设的必要。通过分析，和平路道路交通问题的产生根源主要在于缺乏合理有效的交通管理从而导致系统效率低下，其交通问题的解决主要从机动车和非机动车停车，行人交通的管理入手，配合必要的辅助设施设计，如交通标志标线。 关键词：交通管理 停车场 交通标志标线 交通秩序 Abstract Abstract: the volume of traffic keeps increasing with the booming of the economy all the time; therefore, the road condition draws more and more people’s attention. In fact, people always focus on building the facility of traffic instead of managing the current facility. Building a traffic system has a huge impact to a city, including a huge financial budget and a long time. Besides, the growth of a transportation capacity is bound to bring more transportation demand, resulting in a self-defeating transportation capacity. The traffic system will be congesting if no rational management plan established. As a result, the traffic facility cannot be used effectively. Heping road’s condition has been a big problem for a long time. The solution is also related to both contractual and managerial factors. First, we have to notice that the boundary line of the road is too narrow due to the previous plan. There is no enough room to either widen or add its lanes. According to the field-study, the traffic volume is still under its allowable capacity. It is not necessary to construct the road. The main cause of this ineffective traffic system is lack of a rational and effective managerial plan.
