In recent years Domestic developed the logistics vigorously, and over half of all the enterprises was those of the third-party logistics. According to the specialization and other advantages of the third-party logistics, the third-party logistics were considered to be the most appropriate model of E-commerce in the form of modern logistics. This has led increase greatly to the third party delivery service demand for the development of E-commerce, but in the actual operation, E-commerce businesses often can not find the appropriate service providers of third-party logistics. How to resolve this contradiction? It’s required that the third-party logistics companies with an effective combination of e-commerce. Through analyze of E-commerce environment and of the third-party logistics, the goal lies in enables the third-party logistics to adapt the development of E-business circumstances, enhancing the service and the efficiency, providing customers with better logistics services to enable third-party logistics in the invincible position.
