南京理r大学颂}学位论文 南京理r大学颂}学位论文 跨园公司投资与长=三角地F高新挂术产业发鹱酽究 摘要 在同际产业转移和长三角各地区加速进行产业结构调整的今天，研究长三角地 区高新技术产业与跨国公司投资态势以及二者的关联性具有重要的实际意义。本文 在明确界定外商直接投资、高新技术产业等概念的基础上，分别对长三角地区外商 直接投资以及高新技术产业发展现状、特点进行了较为全面地分析和比较，指出了 当前长三角地区在利用跨固公司投资方面尚存在的不足和障碍，并从外商区位选择 的因素、政府政策导向，产业结构调整、出口结构优化等方面研究了利用外资促进 长三角地区高新技术产业发展的重要性。然后，本文从中观的层面，先后从理论和 实证角度证实了外资对于岛新技术产业的促进作用，接下来从企业角度对二者的关 系做出了阐述，并列举了南京斯威特集团的成功案例。最后，文章从“如何引进” 和“引进以后如何发展”的角度，提出了相应的政策建议，指出应当构建合理的引 资环境，结合风险投资体系和税收优惠政策等措施，使外资和外商研发机构更好地 为地区商新技术产业发展服务，为地区产业结构升级服务。 关键词：外商直接投资RD高新技术产业长三角 ABSTRACT ABSTRACT 硕卜论文 ABSTRACT The trend of the international transfer of industry and acceleration of the adjustment of industrial structure of Yangtze River Delta has been strengthened in recent years．Thus a study on the conditions of FDI and the development of the high-tech industry as well as the relationship between appears very important and necessary．Based on the concepts of FDI，hiigh—tech industry etc．，it is to have a general analysis and comparison of FDI．the regional Status and characteristics of high—tech industry and some disadvantages and obstacles during the process of“bringing inFDI in Yangtze River Delta．Then a research into the promoting effect of FDI to the high·tech industry is carried through from the points of investment location choosing，governmental poficy making，industrial structure adjusting，export structure optimizing and so on．After that，the boosting function of FDI to high—tech industry is confirmed through ways of theory and positive research from the level of medium—economics．Then the relationship between FDI and high—tech enmrprises is discussed，which is hold on by the case of Nanjing SVT group． At last。this paper raises some necessary suggestions from the angle of“how to bring in” and“how to develop after bringing in．It is advised that we should construct a better environment for bringiIlg in FDI and take effective measurements，such as founding a risk capital system and provid
