•Isgreatfun,anditbenefitsourgrowthasreadersandlearners.

•Nurturesourloveofboththewrittenandspokenword.

•Givesusachancetorediscoverfavoritestoriesandfindnewones.

•Helpsusdevelopimportantlanguageskillsthatwillhelpuslearntoreadonourown.

Readthetextagainto:cut/thesentenceintothoughtgroups,blackenthepredicates,darkenthe

connectivesandunderlinealltheusefulcollocations.

3.Findingcollocationsandmakingsentences

•Adverb+Adjective:completelysatisfied(NOTdownrightsatisfied)

•Adjective+Noun:excruciatingpain(NOTexcruciatingjoy)
