调脂降糖片治疗痰辨互结型代谢综合证的临床研究的开题报告

【摘要】

目的：探讨调脂降糖片治疗痰辨互结型代谢综合证的临床疗效及其作用机制。

方法：选取符合诊断标准的40例患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组予以口服调脂降糖片，对照组予以口服安慰剂，每天两次，治疗8周。比较两组患者治疗前后体征和生化指标、中医诊断和疗效评定以及异和谷胆甾醇和腺苷酸酰化酶的水平。

预期结果：调脂降糖片治疗痰辨互结型代谢综合证的疗效显著，可以明显改善患者的生化指标和疾病状态，其中胆固醇、甘油三酯、脂蛋白等指标明显降低。同时，调脂降糖片还能显著减少异和谷胆甾醇和腺苷酸酰化酶的水平，改善患者的代谢功能。

结论：调脂降糖片能够治疗痰辨互结型代谢综合证，其作用机制可能与调节胆固醇、甘油三酯和脂蛋白水平，减少异和谷胆甾醇和腺苷酸酰化酶的水平有关。

【Abstract】

Objective:Toinvestigatetheclinicalefficacyandmechanismofactionoflipid-loweringandglucose-loweringtabletsinthetreatmentofphlegm-nexusedmetabolicsyndrome.

Methods:40patientswhometthediagnosticcriteriawererandomlydividedintoatreatmentgroupandacontrolgroup.Thetreatmentgroupwasgivenorallipid-loweringandglucose-loweringtablets,andthecontrolgroupwasgivenplaceboorallytwiceadayfor8weeks.Thephysicalsignsandbiochemicalindicators,traditionalChinesemedicinediagnosisandefficacyevaluation,andthelevelsofisomerizedcholestanolandadenosinetriphosphateacyltransferasewerecomparedbetweenthetwogroupsbeforeandaftertreatment.

Expectedresults:Lipid-loweringandglucose-loweringtabletshaveasignificanttherapeuticeffectonphlegm-nexusedmetabolicsyndrome,whichcansignificantlyimprovethepatientsbiochemicalindicatorsanddiseasestate,includingsignificantreductionsincholesterol,triglycerides,andlipoproteinlevels.Atthesametime,lipid-loweringandglucose-loweringtabletscansignificantlyreducethelevelsofisomerizedcholestanolandadenosinetriphosphateacyltransferase,andimprovethepatientsmetabolicfunction.

Conclusion:Lipid-loweringandglucose-loweringtabletscantreatphlegm-nexusedmetabolicsyndrome,anditsmechanismofactionmayberelatedtoregulatingcholesterol,triglycerides,andlipoproteinlevels,andreducingthelevelsofisomerizedcholestanolandadenosinetriphosphateacyltransferase.
