泵送顶升钢管拱 自密实混凝土施工技术

摘 要:根据钢管拱桥桥型特点、连续泵送顶升施工工艺、现场施工条件和环境气候条件 ,提出了钢管拱 自
密实混凝土的性能指标要求、泵送顶升施工流程、施工准备、泵送顺序、辅助设计 、施工中应急处理措施与施工技
术要点等方面 的施工方案 ,现场配制出了工作性良好的高强补偿收缩 自密实混凝土。根据该施工方案 ,经良好 的
现场施工组织与控制、浇筑过程监控 ,全桥各钢管拱混凝土的泵送顶升施工均取得成功 。

Abstract:Accordingto the bridgetypecharacteristics,continuouspumpinglift-up construction technology,
on—siteconstructionconditionsandenvironmentalclimaticconditionsintheproject,constructionprogram,which
includesperformancerequirementsofSCC filledsteeltube,constructionprocessofpumping lift—up,construction
prepraation,pumpingsequence,aideddesignemergencytreatmentmeasuresduringconsturction,majortechnical
consturction issues,etc,were proposed in the paper;SCC with the propertiesofhish—strength,shrinkage—
compensating and excellent workability within long hours were prepraed on-site.By the good construction
organization,controland perfusion processmonitoring on-site,pumping lift-up consturction ofSCC filled steel
tuberach offullbridge achievedSuccessbased ontheconstructionprogram.
