热风炉自动测控系统设计 摘 要 热风炉是钢铁工业生产生铁的主要设备,热风炉的作用是把鼓风加热到要求的温度,它是按“蓄热”原理工作的热交换器,即先用煤气燃烧后加热格子砖,再使空气通过炽热的格子砖被加热并送出。为保证高炉连续不断地得到大量的高温空气,每座高炉配备了3~4座热风炉轮流交替地进行燃烧和送风。热风炉是燃烧- 焖炉- 送风- 焖炉- 燃烧的重复工作过程。 本文根据热风炉的参数变化特性及控制要求,设计了相应的温度、压力自动测控系统和自动监控保护系统。在对热风炉的控制系统进行设计时借鉴了国内外同类型的热风炉在自动化仪表方面的先进技术和先进经验,对热风炉的过程检测和自动控制系统进行了全新的设计。监控程序采用MCGS组态软件设计,实时动态显示。 关键词:热风炉;燃烧;动态显示;控制;MCGS Stove automatic monitoring and control system design Abstract Hot gas is the main equipment of producing pig iron of iron and steel industry. The role of hot gas is heat blast to the requirements temperature. It is based on regenerative principle of the work of the heat exchanger, that is, burning brick lattice after the first heating with gas, and then heating the air through the red-hot brick lattice and then sent it out. In order to ensure continuous large number of high-temperature air to the blast furnace, each is equipped with BF 3 to 4 alternating to burn and send air. Hot stove is the repeated process of burning, stuffy furnace, air, stuffy furnace and combustion duplication. In this paper, the corresponding temperature, pressure measurement and control system is designed in accordance with the characteristics of parameter changes and the requirements of control. In the process of designing the control system of the stove, the advanced technology and advanced experience in automation instrument of stoves of the same type home and abroad is adopted to make a completely new design to the detection of stove and automatic control system. The monitoring program takes use of MCGS configuration software and performs real-time dynamic display.
