当前经济高速发展,市场竞争日益激烈,人的因素越来越成为企业实现自己战略目标的关键因素,人力资源管理已成为企业管理工作的核心。新的形势下,我国面临着前所未有的挑战,加强人力资源管理是其得以生存并长期稳定发展的必要举措。Abstract
The current rapid economic development, the market increasingly competitive, the human factor has increasingly become a business achieve its key strategic objectives, human resource management has become the core of enterprise management. Retail management, its core is the human management. Supermarket employees are the most important resource is the most powerful supermarkets to gain a competitive tool. Staff management will have a direct bearing on the success or failure of a supermarket. Look at all successful retail supermarket, almost without exception, depends on the successful management of employees. The new situation, Chinas retail industry is facing unprecedented challenges, strengthening human resource management is its survival and long-term stable development of the necessary measures.
Large number of our retail employees uneven quality, how to manage these employees are so many managers headaches.
