论我国商业银行个人理财业务的创新
摘 要
近年来,随着我国经济的稳定发展,居民的金融资产快速增长,对理财的需求日益旺盛,理财热潮在国内兴起。银行、保险、证券、信托、基金等金融机构对理财业务表现出极大的热情,理财产品和服务不断创新,媒体对理财的宣传和报道日益增多,理财培训也正在兴起,国内各家银行都已登陆个人理财市场。
虽然国内各家商业银行都将个人理财业务的开展作为争夺优质客户的重要手段,但由于受政策、法律、技术、人才等的限制,目前国内商业银行所推出的理财服务还不能有效的为客户提供真正的增值理财服务。如何将个人理财业务从低水平的同质产品竞争,转向金融创新能力的竞争,成为各家商业银行制胜的关键。同时,随着我国人民币业务全面向外资银行开放,外资银行的进入也将加剧我国商业银行个人理财业务的竞争,个人理财业务创新能力的高低将直接影响国内商业银行在个人理财市场所占的份额。
本文从如何解决好我国商业银行个人理财业务创新的问题出发,简要介绍了个人理财业务的含义及内容,我国个人理财业务的发展状况,并分析了我国商业银行个人理财业务存在的主要问题及原因,指出了国内商业银行个人理财业务创新的必要性和影响国内商业银行个人理财业务创新的主要障碍。第一部分为绪论,简要介绍研究本选题的目的和意义,对国内外的研究成果进行归纳总结并确定本文的研究内容和框架。
第二部分对个人理财业务的含义和内容进行一般性的介绍,并进而介绍我国商业银行个人理财业务的发展状况。
第三部分指出了国内商业银行个人理财业务存在的问题并分析了产生这些问题的原因。
第四部分说明了国内商业银行个人理财业务创新的必要性,并分析了影响国内商业银行个人理财业务创新的主要障碍。
第五部分在前面研究的基础上提出我国商业银行个人理财业务创新的相关对策建议。

Abstract
In recent years, with the stable development of China’s economy, financial planning develops at a great speed in China, and the domestic demand is increasing rapidly. It has been paid great attention by financial institutions such as bank, insurance, security, trust and funds. Innovations of financial planning products and services as well as their coverage increase day by day. A lot of trainings associated with financial planning spring up, and all domestic commercial banks enter the market.
At present, various of commercial banks take the financial planning business as the means of attracting the VIP customers, which makes the competition more and more drastic. But today’s financial planning services can not yet provide effective value-added services for customers under the restrictions of policy, law, technology and human resources. It becomes important for commercial banks to change the competition of low-level homogeneous services to that of financial innovation abilities. At the same time, with the RMB business opened-up to the foreign banks, the entrance of foreign banks also makes the completion more drastically.
