中医辩证治疗偏头痛性眩晕患者症状改善、康复效果分析 目的：探讨屮医辩证方案应用于偏头痛性眩晕(MV)治疗时患者症 状改善、康复效果。方法：从2015.02-2016.05进入本院治疗的MV患者中随机 选取82例分为参照组(中成药治疗，n=41)、观察组(中医辩证冶疗，n=41), 回顾分析两组患者治疗效果。结果:经治疗,2组总有效率分别为73.17%、95.12%， 观察组高于参照组，患考尖痛指数评分、眩晕持续平均时间也均少于参照组(P 0.05)；观察组治疗后SF-36评分屮，有6个维度评分均明显高于参照组(P 0.05)； 2组并发症发生率分别为31.71%、12.20%,观察组低于参照组，满意 度评分高于参照组(P0.05)。结论：中医辩证方案应用于偏头痛性眩晕治疗， 可使患者症状得到显著改善，康复效果更佳。 关键词 偏尖痛性眩晕;中医;辩证治疗 The TCM dialectical treatment for the treatment of migraine dizziness patients symptom improvement，recovery effect analysis [Abstract] Objective:To explore the improvement and recovery effect of the TCM dialectical scheme in the treatment of migrainous vertigo(MV).Methods:Among the patients who had entered this hospital,82 were randomly selected into the control group(Drug therapy ,n=41 )and the observation group(TCM dialectical therapy ,n=41),retrospectively analyzed the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:After the treatment,the total effective rate of group 2 was 73.17%and 95.12%respectively，the observation group was higher than the reference group,the score of headache index and the duration of vertigo were also less than the reference group(P0.05);After treatment of sf-36 in the observation group,six dimensions were significantly higher than the reference group(P0.05);The incidence rate of complications was 31.71%and 12.20%respectively，the observation group was lower than the reference group，the satisfaction score was higher than the reference group(P0.05).Conclusion:The TCM dialectical scheme is applied to the treatment of migraine dizziness,The patient’s symptoms can be improved significantly and the recovery effect is better. ［Key words］ Migraine dizzincss;Chincsc mcdicinc;Dialcctical treatment 偏头痛为临床治疗屮一种多发神经血管性慢性疾病，病情极易反复发作，根 治难度大。眩晕为偏头痛患者中发生率较高的一种症状，数据显示，超过25% 的偏头痛患者均存在眩晕症状，于其他人群相比，偏头痛患者眩晕发作风险明显 增高［11。偏久痛性眩晕（migrainousvcrtigo，MV）可导致患者机体出现明显不适感， 对患者正常工作、生活均造成严重影响，降低患者生活质量［2］。目前，临床上主 要选用U服西药方式治疗MV,但该种治疗方式的总体疗效还欠佳。因此，越来 越多研究者开始从中医学角度加强对MV患者有效治疗方式进行深入研宄。木 研宄选用中医辩证方案治疗MV患
