Chapter 1 adaptation and injury of cells and tissues
Core content:
1. The concepts, common types and pathological changes of several common adaptive changes (atrophy, hypertrophy, metaplasia and hyperplasia) of cells and tissues.
2. Cells and tissues, common traumatic change - cell edema (cellular swelling), fatty degeneration (fatty change), hyaline degeneration (hyaline degeneration) (including protein deposition in cells) and calcification (pathologic calcification), their concept, cause, mechanism and morphology changes.
3. The concept, type, pathological changes and outcome of necrosis. ?
4. The concept and mechanism of apoptosis (apotosis).
Key points:
Mucoid change, amyloid change, pigmentation and pathological changes. Effects of activated oxygen species and intracellular free calcium
Understand the content:
1. Ultrastructural manifestations of cell damage, including the lesions of cell membranes, cytoplasm, mitochondria, endoplasmic reticulum and lysosomes, and the lesions of the nucleus and the basal membrane.
In combination with pathological changes and the location of the disease, the effects of adaptive change, cell edema, fat degeneration, glass degeneration, and the effects on the body are understood.
