基于PLC与RFID技术的工业生产线的开发研究.doc

硕士学位论文 （专业学位） 二〇一五年六月 摘要 近些年来，我国引进了一大批现代化自动生产线，大大提高了我国工业生产的水平和能力。伴随着计算机硬件和软件技术的快速发展，PLC的功能和适用性也不断增强，PLC技术的应用不仅能缩短生产的周期，而且能在一定程度上减少劳动成本，使得许多工业生产线的问题都能通过PLC得到更好的解决。同时随着RFID射频识别技术的成熟和应用的普及，生产线系统中融入RFID技术能够使整个系统更加高效化、智能化和信息化。因此，研究和开发基于PLC和RFID技术的工业生产线系统，实现生产线具有更高水平的自动化和智能化，具有重要的理论意义和应用价值。 本文针对“工业4.0”对智能工厂描述的特点，在博世力士乐公司的FA-Demo的硬件架构基础上研究并开发一套工业生产线系统。其核心部分是基于PLC与RFID技术对生产线进行面向“工业4.0”的设计和优化，充分发挥PLC技术在工业自动化的优势以及RFID技术在工业信息化以及控制策略选择的作用。提出了让RFID系统作为整个控制框架内触发相应控制流程的节点的思路，从而让生产线具有一定的智能化控制的目的。本文主要研究内容归纳如下： 1）研究分析现有自动化生产线的关键技术的应用，并掌握力士乐公司IndraControl控制单元和IndraWorks集成开发平台的使用，便于后期进行PLC程序的开发。同时也深入的研究ID40射频识别单元中SLK读写器地址设置、电子标签初始化以及PLC端对RFID系统数据采集等操作方法。 2）深入分析生产线模型中各子系统的功能与预期目标，设计出系统的硬件架构和通讯方案，并参与后期整套生产线模型的硬件搭建。 3）根据系统目标、控制要求和功能模块划分，设计出包括传输线模块和机械手模块在内的各功能模块的控制流程；同时为保障系统运行的合理性和稳定性，提出控制优先级的方法。 4）以IndraWorks作为系统的开发平台对传输线和机械手控制模块中各变量触点进行I/O分配，并以梯形图作为主要的PLC控制程序的编程语言，开发符合设计要求的工业生产线模型。通过后期调试并试运行，系统整体运行合理、稳定，符合事先的设计与控制要求，并对下一步的研究方向进行了展望。 关键词：工业生产线，PLC，RFID，梯形图，组态 ABSTRACT In recent years, China has introduced a number of modern production lines, greatly improving the level and capacity of Chinas industrial production.
