保安监控注意事项 保安监控注意事项作者：佚名 时间：2017-8-10 浏览量： 监控中心监控员负责对大厦所有区域全方位365天24小时实施监控,具体应对下列情况重点进行监视: 一、有无闲杂人员、可疑人员、推销人员、衣冠不整者、携带烟火或危险物品者进入大厦或在大厦范围内活动。 二、外围广场有无车辆乱停乱放,停车场出入口及广场各出入口有无车辆、物品阻塞现象。 三、停车场内车辆有无异常情况;车场设施设备有无异常情况。 四、有无推销人员在楼层乱派传单、名片、报纸、杂志、乱拉业务和乱拉生意现象。 五、有无在禁烟区吸烟、携带烟火者。 六、大厦内特别是走廊内有无衣冠不整、形象及行为不雅观者。 七、有无乱按电梯,损坏或不按规范使用电梯者。 八、有无物品或杂物阻塞、占用公共公共场所现象;有无大量人员阻塞通道或聚众闹事者。 九、有无大宗物品搬离大厦时而出入口岗值班员未发现或未出示放行条者。 十、有无偷盗、损坏大厦公共设施、设备行为者;有无偷盗、损坏大厦内公司、私人财产者。 十一、大厦内有无出现烟、火、雾及水浸等突发异常现象。 十二、有无发生纠纷,打架斗殴,威胁他人人身财产安全者。 十三、有无火灾、刑事、治安案件发生。 十四、有无其他突发或异常情况出现。 注:1.监控中心值班员在发现上述情况后,必须立即通知相关岗位到现场进行调查并处理,相关岗位到现场调查或处理后应及时将结果反馈给监控员,必要时监控员应向当值领班报告。 2.凡大厦内出现上述情况时,监控员因主观原因未能及时发现的,或发现后无故不通知相关岗位前去处理的,被视为违规,将根据后果给予监控员从口头警告到辞退的处理。 3.凡大厦内出现上述情况时,应属相关岗位职责而未能尽责产生不良后果的,或已接到监控员通知而又无故不及时去处理的,被视为违规,将根据后果给予该岗位值班员从口头警告到辞退的处理,必要时并追究经济责任和法律责任。 4.凡因监控员监控不力导致大厦内发生严重事件或出现不良后果的,将一并追究当值领班的连带责任 Measures for the routine management of moral education in Middle SchoolsMethod of conventional management of moral education in middle schoolFirst, the guiding ideology:School moral education is an organic whole of the whole education work, always adhere to the school adhere to the moral education, education for this product, and actively promote the quality education, the school building efficient curriculum system of moral education, moral education, improve the sense of attraction and appeal, enhance the moral education work for through and timeliness.
