Cross-border mergers and acquisitions and foreign direct investment has increasingly become a common economic phenomenon, and the basic form of the survival of large companies in the process of economic globalization. MA is a strategic investment behavior promoted by multinational companies. This investment behavior has a dual nature: it is not only a FDI behavior, but also a MA behavior.
