2011学院第二届本科生学术论坛结题论文课题名称：VOCs Scavengers---挥发性有机物高效脱除器小组成员：于晓文1001140530马多征2010140115学院班级：2011学院1402班指导老师：汪勇教授 熊森博士完成时间：2016.03——2016.09二〇一六年十月VOCs Scavengers---挥发性有机物高效脱除器于晓文 马多征（南京工业大学，江苏 南京 210000；南京工业大学，江苏 南京 210000）摘要：VOCs（易挥发有机物）主要产生于石油、化工、尾气、室内装修等，可以破坏人体呼吸道，损害神经结构，对人造成很大的伤害。本课题主要研究回收法—活性炭吸附VOCs气体。本实验先第一阶段采用分光广度法标定了所配溶液的甲醛浓度，并用标准溶液绘制标准曲线，这样就可以利用紫外可见光光度计测出任意配置甲醛溶液的在550nm的Abs(吸光度)，从而得出甲醛浓度。第二阶段是利用装置研究在不同的进气口浓度、气体流速、活性炭床层的填充高度下甲醛的吸附规律，包括穿透曲线的形状和穿透时间、饱和吸附容量、传质区高度。第三阶段对吸附后的活性炭进行表征。关键词：VOCs活性炭吸附；分光广度法；紫外可见光分光光度计；甲醛；吸附容量；穿透效率VOCs Scavengers---Volatile organic compounds and efficient dehydratorYU Xiao-wen, MA Duo-Zheng(2011 College, Nanjing Tech University,2011 College, Nanjing Tech University)Abstract: VOCs (volatile organic compounds) is mainly produced in oil, chemical industry, exhaust, indoor decoration, etc., can destroy the human respiratory tract, damage to neural structures, caused great damage to people.
