基于云计算的AG公司ERP构建方案及其实施策略研究 摘要 中小型企业在世界经济中扮演着愈发重要的角色,并需要科学高效的运行和有效 的信息资源整合,企业资源计划(ERP)架构于商业流程管理和信息技术之上,以信 息系统的形式为企业有效管理各种内部和外部资源提供了依托。然而,在对实施企业 资源计划(ERP)的研究方面,学术界对中小型企业的关注度远远不如大型企业,需 要进一步探讨适合国内中小企业ERP建设的方法。 本文选取了我国一个中型企业AG公司为案例,在对ERP理论发展及实施的关键 成功因素(CSF)和云计算技术的发展与应用进行综述的基础上,深入分析了 AG公司 作为中型企业亟需提高管理水平、资源紧张、IT基础设施有限和高速成长等ERP建设 需求,针对其特点和问题,结合云计算技术,从帮助公司管理落地、提高财务管理水 平和相关人员技能、提高生产管理水平等方面提出和探讨了 AG公司基于云端服务的 ERP实施方案和策略。通过该案例的分析,有利于进一步探索中小企业基于云计算的 ERP构建方法与策略的可行性和有效性。 关键词:企业资源计划;云计算;实施方法论;中小型企业;AG公司 Research on the cloud computing based ERP solution for AG Co.Ltd and the corresponding implementation strategy Abstract With the ever-growing importance of the role Small/Medium Enterprises (SME) play in the world economy, the attention of scholars paid to the research of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) projects in SME market is far from sufficient with comparison the corresponding researches in Large Enterprises (LE) market. Cloud computing is becoming a buzz word and has been applied in many domains. The application of cloud computing in the ERP project in AG Co.Ltd, a typical medium-sized company in China, is examined in this thesis. The corresponding implementation strategy and result are also examined. The thesis starts with a basic introduction to ERP theory, its evolving history and a literal review of existing research results on Critical Success Factors (CSF) in ERP projects. After that, a basic introduction of Cloud Computing and its typical variants are elaborated. With consideration to the typical context of SMEs in China,AGs current management and operation issues are identified, analyzed and then put into the scope of its ERP project, which is then analyzed to make a detailed implementation plan with full involvement of modern Cloud Computing technology.
