The urban residential districts in China are facing with the development trend from single district model to diversified model , which will have profound influences on the landscape in residential district . Meanwhile , the demands of inhabitants to the landscape green area in residential district grad ually increase with the gradual increase of the residential level . It is urgent to strengthen the researches of landscape green area in residential district and improve the construction of landscape green area in residential district . In the modern planning and design of green area in residential district , the key points of public spatial environmental planning and design include that emphasizing the human - oriented planning and design principle , meeting the human requirements fully and emphasizing the harmonious unification of human and nature .
