Abstract:In order to solve the difficult engineering problems of compound broken roof control of roadway in coal seam with large cross-section, limiting fast excavation and safe construction and roadway maintenance, optimal design of roadway cross-section and its support was performed by using FLAC3D numerical simulation. Technology of man-made arch cross-section with delayed support at some distance from roadway heading face was proposed. With the technology a good effect of 1510 meters of excavation development in one month was achieved. The technology provides guarantee for roof control in fast excavation of roadway.??   Key words:compound broken roof; large cross-section; man-made arch cross-section; delayed support; roof control?お?      近年来,随着矿井开采深度的增加,导致复合顶板破碎,使大断面巷道的受力状态逐渐变的复杂,容易出现顶板事故,影响巷道快速掘进,给安全施工和巷道维护带来了隐患[1-3]。尤其,随着综采、综放技术的应用和安全高产高效矿井建设的迅猛发展,采煤速度和掘进速度不匹配的问题日益突出,解决高地应力、复合破碎顶板、大断面下煤巷掘进的顶板控制技术显得尤为重要。而根据不同地质和生产技术条件进行顶板控制及施工方法的创新,可以改善巷道的围岩稳定性,提高支护效果,同时达到快速掘进的目的[4-6]。本文提出人造拱形断面及滞后迎头一段距离的弱化支护技术,为煤巷快速掘进顶板控制提供了保障。工业性试验地点选在刘庄煤矿121102工作面机巷进行。??   1 生产技术条件??   121102工作面机巷位于1水平E2采区,11-2煤可采,工作面四周及上下煤层均未开采。总体形态为一单斜构造,平均倾角为16°。老顶为细砂岩,顶板10.0 m处发育1条0.8 m的煤线,顶底板为岩性较弱的砂质泥岩(见图1)。??   机巷掘进净断面为??L??=5 000 mm,??H??=4 000 mm。采用锚网索联合支护,每排布置15根锚杆, 顶板布置7根锚杆, 帮部布置8根锚杆; 锚索为??17.8 mm预应力钢绞线制作,??L??=6 200 mm,排距为2 400 mm,每排3根,每个绞车窝施工一根锚索,每根锚索使用4卷Z2350树脂药卷,压板为350 mm×350 mm×10
