Title:

AStudyonTinnitusPET/CTandClinicalEfficacyObservationofRepetitiveTranscranialMagneticStimulationCombinedwithTraditionalChineseMedicineTreatmentforTinnitus

Background:

Tinnitusisacommonsymptomwithahighincidencerate,whichseriouslyaffectspeoplesqualityoflife.TraditionalChinesemedicinehasachievedsatisfactoryresultsinthetreatmentoftinnitus.However,thepathogenesisoftinnitusremainsunclear,andtheefficacyoftraditionalChinesemedicinetreatmentneedsfurtherevaluation.Currently,PET/CTandrepetitivetranscranialmagneticstimulation(rTMS)havebecomeimportantmethodsforthestudyandtreatmentoftinnitus.

Objectives:

(1)ToinvestigatethepathogenesisoftinnitususingPET/CTtechnology;

(2)ToevaluatetheclinicalefficacyofrTMScombinedwithtraditionalChinesemedicinetreatmentfortinnitus.

Methodology:

(1)PET/CTtechnologywillbeusedtostudythechangesinbrainactivityinpatientswithtinnitus,andthecorrelationbetweenbrainactivitychangesandtinnituswillbeanalyzed.

(2)Patientswithtinnituswillberandomizedtothetreatmentgroupandthecontrolgroup.ThetreatmentgroupwillreceiverTMScombinedwithtraditionalChinesemedicinetreatment,whilethecontrolgroupwillonlyreceivetraditionalChinesemedicinetreatment.TheclinicalefficacyofthetwogroupswillbecomparedtoevaluatetheclinicalefficacyofrTMScombinedwithtraditionalChinesemedicinetreatmentfortinnitus.

ExpectedResults:

(1)ThePET/CTstudywillprovidenewinsightsintothepathogenesisoftinnitus.

(2)TheclinicalefficacyofrTMScombinedwithtraditionalChinesemedicinetreatmentfortinnituswillbeevaluated,providingascientificbasisfortheclinicalapplicationofthistreatmentmethod.

Conclusion:

ThestudyisexpectedtoprovideacomprehensiveunderstandingofthepathogenesisoftinnitusandevaluatetheclinicalefficacyofrTMScombi
