非物质文化遗产班社的动态传承与运行机制——以重庆市綦江县刘家乐班为个案的中期报告 摘要： 非物质文化遗产班社作为中国传统文化的重要载体，具有非常重要的保护和传承意义。本文以重庆市綦江县刘家乐班为个案，通过调研和实地考察，分析了该班社的动态传承与运行机制。研究发现，该班社的动态传承主要通过传统的师徒制度和家族内传承实现，同时在班社组织、活动安排、宣传推广等方面也采取了一系列创新措施，使得班社得以保持活力，不断发展壮大。总体来看，刘家乐班能够在当今时代中得以传承和发展，与其固有的传统文化与现代发展相互结合的策略有关。 关键词：非物质文化遗产班社；传承；运行机制；创新措施；刘家乐班 Abstract: As an important carrier of traditional Chinese culture, the intangible cultural heritage class society has very important significance for protection and inheritance. Taking Liu Jiale class in Qijiang County, Chongqing as the case, this paper analyzes the dynamic inheritance and operation mechanism of the class society through research and field investigation. The research found that the dynamic inheritance of the class society is mainly achieved through the traditional apprenticeship system and family inheritance, and at the same time, a series of innovative measures have been taken in the organization, activity arrangement, promotion and other aspects of the class society, which enables the class society to maintain vitality and continue to develop and grow.
