集水區內道路闢建對坡地崩壞與溪流環境影響之探討 (1) (2) (3) 蔡秉諭 李錦浚 鄭皆達 摘 要 台中市大坑地區土地公坑集水區內道路為該集水區內居民對外聯繫之要道。位處山區,每 逢颱風、豪雨侵襲即造成邊坡崩塌及土壤流失現象,嚴重危及道路安全。造成坡地災害發生的 原因繁多且複雜:如山區雨量過大,使道路本身及沿線坡面不堪負荷所致;地質、地形、土壤 等先天條件不佳;或因道路本身施工設計不良所致 。本研究之目的在探討集水區內之道路於開 闢後對邊坡穩定及河流的影響,並提出在進行人為的開發動作前,應擬訂避免因開發而導致坡 地災害的防治措施,以確保道路通行安全。 (關鍵字 :崩塌、土砂災害、沖蝕、永續發展) A Study on Impact of Road Construction on Slope Failures and Stream Environment Ping-Yu Tsai(1), Ching-Chun Lee(2), J. ABSTRACT The main road across the Tu-Di-Kong Creek Watershed in Taichung, is the essential transportation route for local inhabitants. Located in the mountainous region with steep slopes, this road is often interrupted after heavy rainstorms during typhoon period or earthquake by problems associated with soil erosion, slope failures, thus endangering the road stability safety. This study investigated the impacts of road construction on slope stability and stream channel environment of this watershed. This study also suggested methods for preventing disasters to safeguard the road stability for watershed sustainable development.
