云南省地理标志产品标准化建设探析

摘要：标准化是地理标志产品保护工作的基础，有助打造区域特色品牌，促进地理标志产业的发展，提升地理标志产

品的质量水平。本文首先介绍了地理标志产品标准及其标准化的具体内容；其次通过对云南省地理标志产品标准化的建

设现状分析，阐述制度和实践现状，列举保山小粒咖啡、牟定腐乳和普洱茶地理标志产品标准化建设典型案例；最后分

析云南省地理标志产品标准化建设中存在的困境，并提出相应的建议。

Abstract:Standardizationisthebasisfortheprotectionofgeographicalindicationproducts,whichhelpstobuildregional

characteristicbrands,promotethedevelopmentofgeographicalindicationindustry,andimprovethequalityofgeographical

indicationproducts.Thispaperintroducesthespecificcontentofgeographicalindicationproductstandardsandtheir

standardisation.Throughtheanalysisoftheconstructionstatusofthestandardizationofgeographicalindicationproductsin

Yunnanprovince,thecurrentsituationofthesystemandpracticeisexpounded,withtypicalcasesofthestandardizationof

geographicalindicationproductssuchasBaoshansmallgraincoffeebeans,Moudingfermentedbeancurds,andPuertea.The

paperanalyzesthedifficultiesinthestandardizationofgeographicalindicationproductsinYunnanprovince,andputsforward

correspondingsuggestions.
