At the same time, the RMB into the SDR marked the further deepening of the internationalization of the RMB, China is from a bystander to a participant. The internationalization of the RMB further improved Chinas influence in the world, at the same time in terms of domestic, it add more to the financial regulatory reform in domestic power, bring more opportunities, also brought a lot of challenges. The currency internationalization in the world, in more countries economic exchanges and cooperation at the same time, also brought a lot of impact and financial risks. This article through to the current situation of the development of RMB internationalization as well as the risks and the current situation of financial regulatory system has been established and the analysis of the defect, it is concluded that the necessity of the reform and improve Chinas financial regulatory system, put forward to improve the scheme which accords with the situation of China, perfecting the financial regulatory system, establish a unified regulation, collaboration, umbrella management of financial regulatory system, the establishment of a unified comprehensive financial management financial regulator.
