Withthefastdevelopmentofhighwayconstructioninourcounlry,especiallyits constalltextensiontodeepmountainsinwestal-ea,thepercentageaccountedbythe tunnelworksalsoincreasesobviously,andthelengthofthetunneltendstobelonger andlonger-Thecomplicatedandvariousgeologicconditionsresultinmoreconstruction difficultiesoftunnelworks,andbiggerconstructionrisk嬲well.thusgeologic calamitiesandaccidentshappenfromtimetotime.However,intermsofhighway engineeringprojectriskmanagement,theexistinghighwayconstructionmanagement systemandmechanisminourcountryemphasizeparticularlyOiljsomeaspectssuchas thefinancialassessmentandnationaleconomyevaluationduringtheprojectoperation periodattheprojectfeasibilitystudystage,specialdesignforsomeindividual engineeringcasea:tdesignstage.andremedyandmitigationmeasuresaRerthe engineeringriskhappens.Aperfectriskmanagementsystemhasnotyetbeenformed. Therefore,basedOntheresearch011riskmanagementintheWuzhiMountainHighway TunnelProjcct,thispaperstrivestointroducetheriskmanagementideaintohighway constructionsector,SOastofurthcrpromoteapplicationoffiskmanagementinhighway construction,andalsoprovideexperiencesandlessonstoriskmanagementofother similartunnelworks. ThispaperfirstworksoutriskmanagementproceduresintheWuzlfiMountain TunnelWorks.Basedonthis.withcombinationofqualitativeandquantitativeanalysis andcombinationoftheoreticalandpracticalapproach,thispapersystematically studiesandanalyzesrisksinsafetyandenvironmentalimpactoftheWuzhiMountain Tunnelatitsconstructionstage.Aimingattheverycomplicatedhydrologicalgeology andengineeringgeologicconditionsoftheWuzhiMountainIkumel,andtheactual situationofseriouswatergushingandcollapseaccidentshappened,thispaper syntheticallyadoptsseveralriskidentificationmethodssuchasengineeringgeologic survey,expertsinvestigation,initialbillsofquantitiesandriskinvestigation,SOasto focuson也ere-identificationofrisksoftheWuzhiMountainTunnelworksa土i协
