PAGE 武汉纺织大学 纺织工程2008级学年论文 题目： 非织造布的发展及应用现状分析 院系： 纺织学院 指导老师： 班级： 纺织工程084班 教师职称： 姓名： 成 绩： 完成日期：2011年9月12日 摘 要 随着科学技术的不断发展和世界范围内工业化程度的不断提高，各行各业对产业资材的需求及其品种、性能的要求也越来越高。纺织品在很早以前就成为产业用途中不可缺少的材料之一：如医用服装、纱布、绷带等医疗用品；工业传送带、篷盖布、工作服等工业用品；汽车及航空用内装饰材料等。20 世纪 50 年代以来，化学纤维的高速发展，促进了纺织品性能和功能的大大提高，使之在服装、装饰和产业领域得到全面的扩展。尤其对于功能要求较高的产业用途领域，由于各种合成纤维和高功能纤维的开发及其工业化生产的实现，使其纺织品呈现出更加广阔的发展前景。非织造布作为纺织工业的一个新的分支，在50余年的发展历史中越来越显示出强劲的发展势头和拓展潜力，它的生产优势、成本优势以及独特的产品结构和特点，使它在各个领域，尤其是产业用领域取得了令人瞩目的成果。非织造布再也不是发展初期时被人称作的传统纺织品的低档“代用品”,而是成为当今经济发展所不可缺少的、传统纺织品所不可取代的高新技术产业资材。 关键词：纺织品 化学纤维 非织造布 产业资材 Summary With the continuous development of science and technology within the industrialized world and the continuous improvement of all sectors of industry, the demand for its varieties of materials, performance requirements are also increasing.
