神舟电脑公司经营管理中存在的问题及对策  PAGE \* ROMANII 摘 要 随着科技的发展,计算机已经深入到人类社会的各个领域,人们对计算机的需求量有增无减。中国电脑市场一直是全球发展最迅速的市场,曾在二十世纪 90 年代飞速发展。2009 年,我国计算机销售量近 3000 万台。虽然经济危机对全球市场冲击巨大,但中国市场在危机中迅速复苏,并一跃成为世界上最有潜力的计算机市场。隶属于新天下集团,注册资金 9800 万元的神舟电脑公司紧紧抓住市场机遇, 通过独特的产品定位和采购、生产模式取得巨大的成本领先优势,大量推出低价产品占领中国市场,并吸引到众多消费者的注意力。但是在神舟电脑公司经营管理中过度重视产品的成本控制,忽视了其他应该重视的一系列环节,使得神舟电脑公司在产品质量、售后服务、企业信誉、品牌宣传四个方面问题重重,这样使得公司与其产品被消费者质疑、误解甚至抵制。因此,论文对神舟电脑公司经营管理中所存在的问题进行深入分析,并找出相应的解决对策,为神舟电脑公司今后发展提供借鉴。 关键词:神舟电脑公司,产品质量,售后服务,品牌迷失 Abstract With the development of science and technology,computer has covered the whole human world.People need computers more and more. China market kept the highest development speed in the world especially in the 1990s.In 2009,there was 30 million computer be sold in China market.Though the world market was shocked by economic crisis,China market recovery rapidly and became a top of the most potential PC market.Hasee use its nuique product positioning,purchasing mode and product mode to grasped this opportunity.Hasee provided numerous low price products to ouccupied market share and abstracted many of consumers.But Hasee too much emphasis on their cost control,other important links was neglected.,then Hasee got problems from product quality, after-sales service,company integrity and brand promotion.Hasee with their products was suspected,misunderstood and collided.
