Methods Serum total IgE and 19 groups of allergen-specific IgE were quantitatively detected in 515 combined allergic rhinitis-asthma patients under 18 years old by using the Allergy Screen Test Kit in Germany. The increase rate of serum total IgE and the positive rate of allergen were figured out. And the allergen characteristics were analyzed. Results The increase rate of serum total IgE in 515 patients with combined asthma rhinitis and asthma syndrome under 18 years old was %. The allergens of top ten sIgE positive rate in this group were in turn： house dust mites（%）， house dust （%）， mildew （%）， milk （%）， dog hair （%）， egg white （%）， cashew nuts （%）， cat hair （%）， early and late spring pollen （%）， summer and autumn pollen （%）. The comparison of the positive rate of allergen in different age groups showed that the preschool group（3-6 years old） was the highest， reaching %.
