9. Arbitration: 仲裁 Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Contract or the execution thereof shall be amicably settled through negotiation. In case no settlement can be reached between the two parties, the case under dispute shall be submitted to China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for arbitration, which shall be conducted in accordance with the Commission’s arbitration rules in effect at the time of applying for arbitration. The arbitral award is final and binding upon both parties. The fees for arbitration shall be borne by the losing Party unless otherwise awarded. 10. Obligations: 义务 Both the Sellers and Buyers shall assume full responsibilities in fulfilling their obligations as per the terms and conditions herein stipulated. Any dispute arising from the execution of or in connection with this Contract shall be settled in accordance with terms stipulated above between the Buyers and Sellers of this Contract only, without involving any third party. 11.
