题目：基于PLC的立体车库控制系统设计

摘要：本文从机电一体化概念出发，介绍了立体停车库的特点及类型，PLC立体车库的设计意义、发展前景以及PLC的组成和分类。确定了智能立体车库系统方案的设计目的，完成了立体车库的思路设计，并确立了立体式车库的工作原理。进行了控制系统硬件设计，安全装置、工作控制箱、电动机以及控制车库工作的PLC的选型。通过对PLC实物的分析，确定了智能立体停车库系统方案的设计，并绘制了PLC外部接线图，完成了plc的工作过程，通过分析plc控制系统，确定了I/O分配表，编写了PLC程序，最终完成了PLC的立体车库控制系统设计。

Abstract：Inthispaper,startingfromtheconceptofelectromechanicalintegration,thispaperintroducesthecharacteristicsandtypesofparkingequipment,PLCthree-dimensionalgaragedesignsignificance,developmentprospectsandthecompositionandclassificationofPLC.Thedesignpurposeoftheintelligentstereogaragesystemisdetermined,thedesignideaofthestereogarageiscompleted,andtheworkingprincipleofthestereogarageisestablished.Thecontrolsystemhardwaredesign,safetydevice,workcontrolbox,motorandcontrolgarageworkPLCselection.ThroughtheanalysisofthephysicalPLC,determinethedesignoftheintelligentthree-dimensionalparkinggaragesystem,anddrawthePLCexternalwiringdiagram,completedthePLCworkprocess,throughtheanalysisofthePLCcontrolsystem,determinetheI/Odistributiontable,preparedthePLCprogram,andfinallycompletedthePLCthree-dimensionalgaragecontrolsystemdesign.
