中草药 Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 第 44 卷 第 4 期 2013 年 2 月 • 473 • 西伯利亚白刺种子休眠和萌发特性研究 1, 2 1 1 1 1 1* 梅新娣 ，刘 蕾 ，孙静茹 ，王宁宁 ，邓文红 ，沈应柏 1. 北京林业大学生命科学与技术学院，北京 100083 2. 新疆大学生命科学与技术学院，新疆 乌鲁木齐 830046 摘 要：目的 探寻破除西伯利亚白刺种子休眠的方法，提高其发芽率。方法 采用温水催芽、低温沙藏、98%浓硫酸、 GA 等不同方法对种子进行处理后的发芽试验，测定发芽率、发芽势、到达发芽高峰期的时间。结果 温水催芽的发芽率和 发芽势分别为 30%和 10%，种子 7 d 开始萌动，10 d 达到发芽高峰。低温沙藏 37 d 的发芽率和发芽势分别为 55.5%、26.5% ， 种子 2 d 开始萌动，10 d 达到发芽高峰。低温沙藏 95 d 的发芽率和发芽势分别为 86.8%、60.3%，种子 2 d 开始萌动，7 d 达 到发芽高峰。98%浓硫酸处理 2 h 的发芽率和发芽势均为90%，种子 1 d 开始萌动，4 d 达到发芽高峰。98%浓硫酸处理 2 h 后播种在 MS ＋0.5 g/mL GA ＋0.5 g/mL BA 的暗培养基上，发芽率和发芽势均为 98.1%，种子 1 d 开始萌动，4 d 达到发芽高 峰。结论 西伯利亚白刺种子休眠属种壳休眠，98%浓硫酸处理 2 h 后接种于 MS ＋0.5 g/mL BA ＋0.5 g/mL GA 的暗培养基 上培养，打破硬实种子休眠效果最好，发芽率最高。 关键词：西伯利亚白刺；种子休眠；萌发；低温沙藏；温水催芽 中图分类号：R282.21 文献标志码：A 文章编号：0253 - 2670(2013)04 - 0473 - 05 DOI: 10.7501/j.issn.0253-2670.2013.04.020 Dormancy and germination characteristics of Nirtaria sibirica seeds 1, 2 1 1 1 1 1 MEI Xin-di , LIU Lei , SUN Jing-ru , WANG Ning-ning , DENG Wen-hong , SHEN Ying-bai 1.
